Ingredientes
- 2 bananos maduros
- 2 huevos
- 1 taza de avena en hojuelas
- 2 cucharadas de cacao puro en polvo
- 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
- 1/2 taza de leche vegetal (avena, almendra o la que prefieras)
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- Endulzante natural al gusto (miel, stevia, panela pulverizada)
Paso a paso
- Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
- Machaca los bananos en un bowl grande.
- Agrega los huevos y mezcla bien.
- Incorpora la avena, el cacao, el polvo de hornear y mezcla hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
- Añade la leche y la vainilla poco a poco, hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa.
- Endulza a tu gusto.
- Vierte la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado.
- Hornea durante 30-35 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo salga limpio.
- Deja enfriar un poco, desmolda y ¡disfruta de tu bolo fit saludable!
